Equipment: One standard deck, with kings, jokers, and all diamonds removed

Goal: The first player to get three trios wins the round

Setup

Place a certain number of cards face down on the table, spread out in an array. Deal the rest of the cards to players' hands.

Gameplay

Players take turns. On each turn, a player take two actions. The actions they may take are:

Ask another player to reveal their highest card or ask another player to reveal their lowest card. That player shows the card (only one card, even if there are multiple of the same rank).
Reveal a card from the face-down array.
Reveal a card from their own hand

They may take two of the same action or two different actions. If both actions reveal the same rank card, then they may perform one additional action. If that action also reveals that rank, then the player claims the trio of cards and sets it face up on the table below them. Play then passes to the next player.

Whenever a player has three trios, they win the round. They also win immediately upon acquiring a trio of sevens.
