Deal a tableau of 7 columns, face down. The first four columns have 6 cards each, the other six have 5 cards each. Turn the top card of each column face up. Set the rest of the cards aside, face down, to form the stock. Leave space farward of the tableau for your foundations.
The goal is to form complete sequences of king down through ace, within a single color (black or red), consecutively in a column. Once a sequence is completed, it is moved up to its own spot in the foundations.
The top card of each column is always flipped face up and is considered available to move. Cards can be moved from one column to the top of another if they are one rank less than the card they will be placed on, regardless of color. Partial sequences in a column can be moved together if and only if they are a consecutive sequence in the same color. Any card or sequence can be placed in vacant columns.
A sequence must be complete in order to move to a foundation. However, there can be cards beneath it in the same column that aren't part of the sequence.
At any point, you may choose to deal one card from the stock onto the top of each column. In order to do this, there may be no vacant columns.
To win the game, all eight sequences must be completed. This means that all five deals must be completed.
The game is lost when there are no moves left after all cards have been dealt out.
